The Volzhskie Prostory Art Song Festival-Contest is traditionally held in early September in the Shcherbakovskiy Nature Park, one of the most beautiful places of the Volgograd region. Festival contestants have a chance to try their hand and show their creativity in one of several nominations covering a broad spectrum of artistic preferences.

The participants can enjoy beautiful nature and relaxed pace of life. They are offered a life in the camp, where the day starts with a delicious breakfast and performances of the participants and ends with evening gatherings by the campfire and soulful songs with a guitar. A ballad song, known for its soulfulness, sincerity and pure passion, coupled with the magnificent nature and prevailing atmosphere of peace, friendliness and warmth – these are the key to success of the event, which brings together people from different parts of the Volgograd region. As the festival is over, performers and visitors leave for home with the feeling of holiday, harmony and unity with the nature, which will long live in their hearts.
